For the Army Ten-Miler, my mantra is "Run With Gratitude." I have so much to be grateful for:
- that I am able to run
- the camaraderie and confidence that running has brought into my life
- the health of my family
- the military men and women who put their lives in harm's way to make the world a better and safer place
And those are just the first few off the top of my head. I will think about many more during the race. Feel free to list your own gratitudes in the comments for me to use as inspiration during the race!

ATM Finisher Coin from 2013 |
Have a wonderful time at the ATM on Sunday! It is such a great course and event. I LOVE it! Take in all the patriotic stuff at the beginning - it is so wonderful.
ReplyDeleteThank you Gina! I am grateful for your friendship and support :)
DeleteYou've already listed so many good ones! I know we're all grateful for race volunteers, too. Couldn't do our races without them!
ReplyDeleteThat is an excellent one, Tina! I will definitely keep that in mind on Sunday and thank as many volunteers as I can.
